Hi Ankit,

Has your page 1 rankings been consistent over the last 6 months or was it a recent increase? SEM rush shows the following with a steady increase and then decline :

https://www.semrush.com/uk/info/onlinesleepingpills.com

If you have been in those positions for a consistent amount of time, then I would leave it a couple of days before panicking. I can't see anything obvious on site which would cause any erratic behaviour. The site is still indexed and you are showing no warnings.

Have you attempted a "fetch and render" from search console and requested indexing ? if not then it maybe worth it, fetch and render can also help highlight any crawl issues.

If you have not recovered in a couple of days time then let us know and we can try and help further.

Thanks Mate,

We were ranked for keyword "sleeping tablets" from the last 2.5 years.

I have already fetched and render in search console and did not get crawl issues.

Sure, i will reach you if the website will not back on the same position.

Thanks
Ankit

Well, it is a pretty common issue in SEO,It could happen due to low-quality content, onsite technical issues, algorithm updates.

It could happen due to low-quality content, onsite technical issues, algorithm updates (most likely cause for major websites), a Google penalty, or the competition finally getting to decode your strategy and getting the better of you.
