Most of them are there to help improve productivity, for those in the business space and some for e-commerce enthusiasts. Please note: most are free but some may have a paid subscription after a free trial so check before signing.

I've personally used a few of the tools you mentioned, like GTMetrix, which really helped me identify areas to improve on my website. Hashtagify was another lifesaver for my Twitter campaigns, making hashtag tracking a breeze.
