At the risk of looking ignorant

Where should I go to get someone with good SEO knowledge to spend an hour or so looking at my website and for them to recommend some keywords to target and how to best implement them so I can get found on google?

The trouble I am having is that my service is really quite niche (I basically take peoples pet photo's and reproduce them in a hand drawn style on t-shirts, pillows and mugs) and im not sure many people at all search for it directly however once found indirectly it often peaks interest. I currently sell on Etsy and although sales are not bad, it is not a living so getting traffic/sales via my website would be the dream.

First of all I would suggest to do a site 'check' (free) at https://sitechecker.pro/ it will then show any problems you may have.

To get visitors make an account on Facebook, Twitter etc.
