Although my website is business as I am working as a digital marketing employee for MakeWebBetter. But, I think if you are taking it as your hobby it's not a bad idea, and what could be the best thing if you can earn some revenue out of it.

Both, all of my sites started as a hobby and over time it grew not only from a website point of view but experience and skills on my part. In 2006 it turned into more of a business than a hobby but I still consider some aspects as a hobby purely because if i didnt, it would mean im spending far to much time working
