Creating products in wp with affiliate links.

Hi. I am a new start up after recently being made redundant. I am looking for a quicker way to add products onto my wp site, using affiliate links. I am currently doing this manually. Adding link, then image etc etc. Is there a plugin where I can add the link, and the images and all details are added automatically ? I am also using woo commerce, if that helps. Also already have amazon add links but no api code as yet.
