How do you make websites? by hard coding or using a wizard?

As i'm not that fluent in HTML or CSS I generally use WebPlus or other wizards to create websites, I do code some as well, and in the future I hope to be able to rely less on wizards and to be able to code websites from scratch with Notepad++ :p

I wouldnt recommend using a wizard or site builder to create a website. Yes, they can give you a really bice looking website to the eye, but alot, if not all of them leave your page packed full of code that isnt need if you do it yourself.

I have used a website builder before, but simply to see how it works and how the HTML files will look like. It definitely is junk! All of the HTML files were completely confusing and all of the pages were named as "1", "2" and other numbers. It definitely is not worth using them.
