Without a shadow of a doubt, it's already gaining traction and eventually it will take primary control of the UK Market imo. Many UK domainers would disagree with that though.

I was thinking that maybe when the visitors type the domain without the 'co' and just 'uk', they might think they have made a mistake.

What do you think?

I have never understood the need for co.uk. There are only a few countries that have a double domain ending and I think it just makes things more complicated. So, I'm all for .uk becoming the go-to TLD ending.
