Drop in Traffic - Jan 22

Hi,
I have a website that used to do well. Mistakes were made end of last year, with immediate effect on the traffic. We were getting better in Jnuary but it seems we've lost 20% of traffic again over the last two days.
Has there been another google udpate?

It's hard to say, we didn't experience any. But there's a good chance that Google will release another update sometime this year.

With soft penalties they can have detrimental effect on your rankings over time. it can take months / years to get back on track, sometimes its easier to start with a fresh domain if you have been under handed with your SEO attempts
