Morning All,

I wanted to grab everyones opinion on something. I have heard of agencies when managing a clients social media pages to use their own employees to attempt to increase engagement rates. For example agency employees liking as many posts as possible, commenting etc.

What is everyone's thoughts to agencies doing this? some people i have spoken to say all agencies do it so why not and then there are others that say it creates false data ultimately making it hard to make any solid insights or judgement calls on what works.

What is everyones thoughts? And if you were a business and you found out an agency was doing this how would you feel?

Thanks,
Dale
