Ever been Jealous?

Face it, all webmasters find a forum with a similar niche and feel a bit jealous inside because their forum is much more successful than yours. You may ask yourself why their forum when you've put just as much effort into yours? Has this ever happened to you? What did you do to stop it?

I always see forums with the same niche as mine, but usually theirs is just starting out so I don't have anything to worry about. When it comes to older forums who are more successful than mine, I usually attempt their techniques and see if we could do an exchange with each other to gain more traffic from both parties.
