Hi,
I have a client who has asked me to do some local SEO work on his new site.
I'm not 100% sure what to do.
He's in a pretty small town and he mentioned there were 110 other agents in his area, but when I looked on Google Maps, I saw only 12. So I thought it would be a great idea to get him showing on the map.
However he's self-employed and it turns out that he's licensed through an estate agency, so he gives out their address officially.
That agency is already on Google Maps.
So I wanna know what my/his best course of action is.
