Has anyone used scrapebox?

They call it a "Swiss Army Knife of SEO! ". I wonder to what extent this tool helps you with your back links, and other analysis? There is a lot of talk about it's pros and cons.

I havent heard the name scrapebox around forums since pre-panda days when it was used and abused by many misguided soles. That said, every tool out there can be used for good and for bad, used to abuse, or used to gain more insight.

Scrapebox in my opinion is no different, it can be used as a research tool and anything that gives knowledge and reduces task time can't be totally bad.....can it ?
