Question HotJar

Hello,
I have been using HotJar as a tool for analyzing the user behavior on my webpages. But I find many shortcomings in this tool. My colleagues also suggested other tools like Inspectlet, though I haven't used any other tool apart from HotJar. I would request the respected members of the community to guide me through this query. I would love it if anyone using HotJar finds it helpful. And how do you use other elements of HotJar such as:
- Funnels
- Heatmaps
- Forms
