Looking for the fastest way possible to help get our website to the first page of Google. If there was one thing that could help more than others and be the most efficient what would it be?

If you want to rank your website on the top search engine, you need to focus on the SEO( on-page & Off-Page) activities according to google algorithm.

Try to focus on the long-tail keywords with low competition. also make sure the not plagiarized content on your site that may affect your SEO ranking.

One another smarter way to rank on the top of the search engine is Google Adwords. if you have money then bid for a keyword then you are in the top of the Search engine.

Hello
You've had some great responses.
You said one thing. For me, on-page, the use of the same words or phrase, relevant to the page content, in the title, description, opening text of the first paragraph, in headings and sub-headings - on all key pages.
This ensures Google 'understands' what you page is about. Obviously, other factors mentioned above are key too. As is the level of competition your are up against.
Good luck
Neil

If you want to see your website in Google rank then you have to seo on page and off page properly.
On-page SEO you need to see if the site's meta tags, meta keywords and meta descriptions are correct. You need to check if the alt tag in the image is used properly.
And do some off-page SEO in high da pa sites.

Google ranking of your website can be done by working more on on-page and off-page techniques. The content needs to be non-plagiarized and optimization if the website needs to be done. If you can invest money go for bidding for a keyword.
