Hey everyone, for those of you that are getting links by emailing other webmaster, how do you do it? What does your setup looks like/what tools do you use? How do you ensure your emails don't just go to spam?
Do you offer a price straight away or do you ask something else first?

Thank you

Hello, a good question;

This is really a job that requires a lot of effort and time. If you are going to do this job yourself, you should first have a business plan. After determining the websites you want to receive promotional articles from sites like Semrushi Ahrefs, you can send an e-mail or fill out a form through the communication channels on the websites. Almost all spammers prefer unreliable e-mail services. Because they have to send 100s of e-mails a day.

The biggest reason for this is that website owners are tired of these spam e-mails. So many e-mails can come that they eventually ignore most of them. Therefore, it is most important for the e-mail not to end up in spam. Therefore, use reliable e-mail addresses such as g-mail. Apart from this, do not contact more than 5-10 websites a day.

First of all, introduce yourself in the e-mail content and convey your salary expectations. If it is a promotional text, mention who will write this content.

Thank you, but not being able to contact more than 5-10 websites a day is a real problem. I think you would have to contact a lot more to get a single link, but I don't have experience doing this. How do you suggest a person scales so they can send more e-mails a day?

If you want to reach a lot of websites, you can get bulk mail services for this. However, if you are only interested in one website, I definitely do not recommend this. Because website owners never pay attention to bulk mails because a website that is already in a good position receives at least 10-20 mails per week and 80% of these are these bulk mails that are also considered spam.

When you work this way, you will be in the 80% segment and your chance of getting a response will decrease a lot because no one even reads these kinds of mails.

Therefore, I recommend that you make a business plan, choose the websites that are really important to you and contact them.

If you are not an OffPage SEO employee, that is, if you only have one website, you do not need to reach 10s of websites per day.

However, there are many alternative methods to reach a large number of people. There are bulk mail sending services that you can do this job. You can try them.

If you're just going to copy and paste chatgpt, don't bother replying. If I want a chatgpt answer I can do it myself

Hi, I always try to offer something in return: reciprocal links or citations on our site in exchange for a link. Sometimes it works. I use different emails and send my emails manually to avoid getting on the spam list. From time to time I send some emails from those mailboxes to my email to make sure it doesn't go to spam list.

Thank you. Isn't it a bit risky to do reciprocal links these days? It seems like it would be too obvious to Google that you are doing a link exchange.

If you have a developed link profile with different types of links and you don't use many of those types of links, that's fine. It is also important that the subject matter of the site you are exchanging links with matches yours, then it looks natural.
