How do you integrate a custom video CMS into an existing website framework?

I'm new to working with video CMS, and I’m trying to add one to my website, which is built on WordPress with a custom CMS. What’s the easiest way to add a video management system that can handle both streaming and on-demand videos? Are there any simple tools, plugins, or technologies that can help with this?
Any solution provider available who can take care from the scratch. I will pay for it.

Hi Sarah,
You can use API-based platforms like Mux or Vimeo OTT to manage and stream videos; they work well with custom setups.
If you're staying within WordPress, plugins like Presto Player or FV Player Pro can handle both streaming and on-demand content.
Just check if they’re compatible with your custom CMS layer.
For a full setup from scratch, hiring a developer familiar with video integration and WordPress would be a good move.
You can find capable freelancers on platforms like Upwork or forums that focus on video tech.

I advise you to try plugins like Presto Player or FV Player, which handle streaming and VOD well on WordPress. If you want a turnkey solution, look at VdoCipher or Mux. They offer complete integrations, even for a fee
