How to see who has reposted a competitors twitter post

Hi all,

I am really struggling to find the best way to see who has reposted/shared my competitors post and has large amount of followers/traction/activity which added to my competitors subsequently gaining more followers. With this information I will be able to tag/interact with the account that has traction and hopefully gain followers, retweets etc. I know there are apps out there that can do it but I can't remember which one. I have tried a couple (not Sure if I can mention them here respectively) one called Hoot***** , buff*r and Publer but they do not seem to provide this information.

I will be grateful for any guidance.
