how to write correct <title> <meta descriptions>?

Hello, I am looking for advice about <title> <meta descriptions>.
How to write it more effective? Usually, I wrote a solid text with keywords from keyword planner. Which is the most relative to my website. I do not like to write why my service/products are the best, but I adapt the text in the way what are people looking like there u can find a price, and so on and so on. But my boos said that I should to write like why my service is better than others, with landing pages information.
So, what practice is right?

In general, Id recommend searching for your desired search term for that particular page, assessing what your competitors have written and then make yours better than theirs.

Use your keywords wisely in your meta tags. also, follow the proper guidelines of search engines to write your meta tags.

I used to think that the title of the article and the seo title was the same, but it's actually not the case. I liked this blog. It's a nice introduction to SEO title & meta description. There is also bunch of YouTube videos on this topic, including this one in the link. Okay, so i just found out i cant post a link yet, will share it when i can
