High DA links on there own mean nothing, you need links from a niche relevant page or domain that has genuine traffic and is ranking on keywords that are related to the niche.

Stay away from net worth or dodgy keywords and make sure the traffic is stable.

Anyone can pump DA or DR up so it can't be blindly trusted.

Building high-quality backlinks is an important aspect of improving the authority and visibility of your website. Here are a few suggestions to help you find websites that may be suitable for building backlinks related to education and news:

  1. Education Blogs and Websites: Look for reputable blogs and websites that focus on education news, updates, and resources. Reach out to them and offer to contribute guest posts or provide valuable content that they can link back to your website. Examples include Edutopia (edutopia.org), TeachThought (teachthought.com), and eLearning Industry (elearningindustry.com).
  2. News and Magazine Websites: Explore popular news and magazine websites that cover educational topics. Look for opportunities to contribute articles, opinion pieces, or interviews related to education. Some well-known sites in this space include Education Week (edweek.org), Inside Higher Ed (insidehighered.com), and The Chronicle of Higher Education (chronicle.com).
  3. Online Directories and Resource Lists: Search for online directories or resource lists that compile educational websites, forums, or blogs. Submit your website to these directories or reach out to the administrators to request inclusion. Examples include EdSurge (edsurge.com), Education World (educationworld.com), and eSchool News (eschoolnews.com).
  4. Education Associations and Organizations: Identify educational associations or organizations that have websites with high domain authority. Many of these organizations have resource sections or member directories where you can request inclusion or contribute content. Examples include the National Education Association (nea.org), American Educational Research Association (aera.net), and the International Society for Technology in Education (iste.org).
  5. Scholarly Publications and Journals: If your content or audience leans towards academic or research-based topics, consider reaching out to scholarly publications or journals in the field of education. While some may require a peer-review process, it can be an effective way to gain high-quality backlinks. Examples include the Journal of Educational Psychology (apa.org), Educational Researcher (aera.net), and Teachers College Record (tcrecord.org).
Remember, when reaching out to websites for backlink opportunities, it's crucial to provide valuable and relevant content that aligns with their audience's interests. Build relationships with website owners, offer unique insights or expertise, and aim to create mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to the overall educational community.

Building high domain authority (DA) links can be beneficial for your website's search engine rankings. Here are some strategies to help you build high DA links:

  1. Create High-Quality Content: Focus on creating valuable, informative, and unique content that naturally attracts links from other websites. When your content is exceptional, other websites are more likely to link to it as a valuable resource.
  2. Guest Blogging: Identify authoritative websites in your industry that accept guest blog posts. Reach out to them with well-crafted pitches, offering to contribute high-quality articles that provide value to their audience. In your author bio or within the article, include a link back to your website.
  3. Broken Link Building: Find websites in your niche that have broken links on their pages. Reach out to the webmasters and politely notify them about the broken links. Offer your own relevant content as a replacement and suggest they link to your website instead.
  4. Skyscraper Technique: Find popular content in your industry and create a better, more comprehensive version of it. Reach out to websites that have linked to the original content and let them know about your improved version. This approach can often convince them to update their links and link to your content instead.
  5. Resource Page Link Building: Look for resource pages or directories related to your industry. Contact the website owners and suggest adding your website as a valuable resource. Ensure that your website provides unique and relevant content that would be beneficial to their audience.
  6. Influencer Outreach: Identify influencers and thought leaders in your industry who have websites or blogs. Engage with them on social media, share their content, and build a relationship. Reach out to them with personalized pitches, offering to collaborate on content or requesting them to link to your website.
  7. Social Media Promotion: Actively promote your content on social media platforms. When your content gains visibility and attracts engagement, it increases the likelihood of other websites and influencers discovering and linking to it.
  8. Online Directories and Listings: Submit your website to reputable online directories and listings that are relevant to your industry. These directories often have high domain authority, and having your website listed can provide valuable backlinks.
  9. Public Relations and Press Releases: Develop relationships with journalists and reporters who cover topics related to your industry. Send press releases about newsworthy events or developments within your company. When they publish news articles about your company, they may include links to your website.
  10. Monitor and Replicate Competitor Backlinks: Use SEO tools to analyze the backlinks of your competitors. Identify high-quality backlinks they have obtained and try to replicate them by reaching out to the same websites or using similar strategies.
Remember, the key to building high DA links is to focus on quality rather than quantity. Aim for links from authoritative and relevant websites within your industry. It's also important to approach link building ethically and avoid any manipulative or spammy tactics that can harm your website's reputation.

Hi, Emma,
Here are some simplified strategies to help you find suitable sites for acquiring backlinks:
First, analyze your competitors in the education news and updates niche. Take note of the websites linking to them and assess their quality. Consider reaching out to these websites for potential backlink opportunities.
Another effective method is guest blogging. Look for reputable websites or blogs in the education industry that accept guest posts. Contribute valuable content to these sites and include a link to your website in the author bio or within the content.
Identify websites that have resource pages or directories related to education.
Consider implementing the skyscraper technique. Identify popular articles or blog posts in the education niche and create more comprehensive content on the same topic. Contact websites linking to the original content and suggest they link to your improved version.
Remember to prioritize relevance, authority, and value when building backlinks. Focus on authoritative and relevant websites to your niche, and ensure that the content you provide is valuable to their audience. Approach webmasters and website owners politely and professionally when requesting backlinks.
Good luck:)
