Question Impact on nested SEO

We are thinking of using nested content on our site. So we would create a fact sheet on one one page and then use this content also on a landing page. Are there any SEO implications of this? We have already discussed duplication H1s from the fact sheet to the landing page.

Any content which is displayed on more than one page could be considered duplicate content. So you run the risk of devaluing a page by using content numerious times through out a single website.

Obviously there are times when this is unavoidable but in the majority of cases it shouldnt be done.
