While reading about the RFM segmentation model which has been very properly being used by the retail marketers and various other marketers over a long period of time. But the hot topic is the LRFM model.
Though many entrepreneurs and even I as a marketer have been following RFM segmentation as my model for clustering my customers. But I needed to know more about the LRFM model please throw in some details about what all you know about the topic and what are the benefits or limitations of this over RFM.
