Question Meta for Dummies, i.e. me.

Hi guys,

Sorry to bother you all, but I've been set a task on creating a page of content for an artist, which would then link through elsewhere on the site to sell their art and (I think) I'm fine with the content side of things. However, I've been asked to:

'Add five meta snippets that convey the overall message'

I've never actually had to do this before and, despite all the YouTubing and Googling I've done, I just can't get my head around it.

PLEEEEEEEASE could someone offer me a helping hand and describe it as if an alien's just landed and wants a brief description of how to do it and what to include?

As a side, I've plonked a bit of text down below, which should give you the gist of the sort of content I'm working on. I've changed it obviously, so I'm ungoogleable!

I'd sincerely appreciate your urgent help as I need to submit it by tomorrow. Friday night I know - not really rock 'n' roll. Sorry!
