Multiple domains or single domain with landing pages?

Hi, I am unsure what setup is best for SEO with this in terms of ranking on Google..

Multiple domains each containing slightly different key phrases I'm targeting, eg (not real examples):
- Barbers in London - barbersinlondon.com
- Hair Dressers in London - hairdressersinlondon.com
- Barbers in Hertfordshire - barbersinhertfordshire.com

...or would it be just as beneficial to have one domain with landing pages like this:
BarbersAndHairdressers.com/barbers-in-london
BarbersAndHairdressers.com/hairdressers-in-london
BarbersAndHairdressers.com/barbers-in-hertfordshire

...in other words do domains carry much more seo power than domain extensions?

Hi Maikol, i would almost certainly stick with one domain. unique content on individual landing pages would be your best bet. 500 - 1000 words of completely UNIQUE content will give you a huge advantage over websites with thin content
