Page in Google index but not there in Search Console

I have a site indexed on Google and they were hacked a while ago. I fixed the hack and theres a page hanging around on the Google index in the sitelinks.

It doesn't exist as a page and simply 301 redirects to another page via mod_rewrite.

In my Google Search Console when i do the URL checker I get, page isn't in Google index but I can see it in the index. I have tried asked to remove from index to no avail and I cannot even find the content on the site at all.

I have heard there is search console hacking, anyone had anything with this?

Why is the page being redirected instead of no-index, no follow ? Does it have any historial value ?

It's on a WordPress site to the url itself is the custom post type archive. I am trying to setup a page with noindex,nofollow on it to hopefully allow Google to remove from index. What I find confusing though is that the page isn't in search console as indexed anyway
