Platform for web designers business owners and agencies good idea?

I want to build a platform where designers will share their work to inspire and connect with design agencies.Designers can find agencies for example to become a partner with them and more. Also business owners can join this network to look for designers.I know there is designhill etc. But I want to build something new with access to great features for free,gifts,high quality articles related to design and business.

That will be great! But make it more user friendly like Fb, or similar big thing~ Avoid making lame, pale looking user interfaces! Best of Luck!
