Platforms To Review SEO Companies?

I've hired some shocking SEO companies in the past. Anybody know if there are any platforms where customers can review SEO companies, so you know if they're good or not before hiring them?

Hi Sam,

I probably wouldnt bother with any of the platforms that specifically review SEO companies, more often than not they are filled with "Paid" or "influenced" ratings.

Reviews in general for this industry in my opinion should be taken with a pinch of salt. That being said, if you have a review for a company then id almost always recommend the major review type sites that cover all businesses like Trust Pilot, rather than one specifically aimed at a specific niche where coverage is likely to be low.

Thanks for the advice.

I totally agree - the review sites I've found seem to be a bit dodgy (ie pay to list).

I'm imagining something a bit more rigorous and segmented. Like a review site where actual clients verify the reviews, and they're sorted by task (eg how good a company is at technical SEO, how good they are at link building, content creation etc).

Anyone else found something similar to what I'm describing? I've searched, but the Google results are flooded with actual SEO agency results

Someone on facebook thread recommended a platform called TSEO. Has anyone ever used them? It sounds like a good idea, but I'm not sure how their algorithm works.

edit: also recently had another platform called Credo recommended to me. Anyone used them too? I might start a new thread about comparing them...

TSO I can't seem to find with a quick search so discounting that straight away.

Credo looks credible and well supported, reminds me alot of a marketing version of codeable.io which can add value to both end user and agency/freelancer if they are the right fit for that model.

Note, other thread removed. Two topics discussing the same thing isn't required.

Maybe it's not targeting the UK? I'm currently in Australia and it shows up here (tseo dot tech).

So no direct experience of either for anyone else on the forum? Appreciate you looking at the sites though. Thanks for the help!

Yeah not showing up at all for any branded term in the UK and no real trace of activity in SEMrush and alike. Looks like a new startup, the domain only being registered late last year and the quality doesnt look as good as Credo in terms of investment into the platform so not sure id even bother personally.

I'm sure someone will come along and comment further, I'd put money down that very few would have had any experience with TSO though.
