How do you guys reward staff?
From my past experience, I have been paid, this was on a large forum though and it was getting a lot of revenue in, I have been allowed some extras on forums that I have worked, such advertising now and again.
On my forum we allow staff to advertise on the forum, which I think they appreciate, I also have offered to share some of the revenue now and again from what we get from advertisements on the forum.
