SEO - Hidden for mobile

I'm working on my SEO at the moment, I've created a fantastic structured page which has header / content / products.
Then header content products to introduce into a range of products. Each piece of content is relevant to my h1 content at the top and it looks great on desktop.

However on mobile and tablet I have this hidden on my theme options. And I just have introductions to the products using some h2 tags/dividers to title the categories which are to follow.
In my opinion this is a much better user experience from a customers point of view. But how does Google rank this page with very little mobile content? Examples can be given if allowed.
