Transfer Galleries to a New Site

I use the Free FooGallery on my website.

How can I transfer my galleries from one WordPress website to my new one?

I did put this question on the FooGallery Forum but I have had no reply yet.

I managed to do this after having a reply from FooGallery, they were very helpful!
