What Should A "VIP Lounge" Contain?

I am going to add a Forum to my xbox forum.. A "VIP Lounge".
Im not sure what sort of stuff i could have in the VIP Lounge to make it worth being a VIP Area.
Can someone give me ideas of what i could have in it please!

A VIP section should contain contests, special freebies and ebooks. Basically people should purchase the VIP rank, in order to get better content. I had "premium" content a while ago and have added tons of nice ebooks to it.
