Alternatively, you can also sign up with MailChimp (they have a free account up to 2000 subscribers) and put a sign-up form connected to their service on your site.

Mailchimp, sendgrid or Sendinblue and then a capture plugin to link the site to their API.

Having looked at the few mentioned I think I will try 'Mailchimp'.
