Would Guest posts work?

Would really appreciate some advice here, see below details.As all I keep Getting are sales pitches ….


Would it be enough to have 3/4 high ranking DA40+ guests posts each month to give the below enough link juice ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I want to set up what I call network and hub

So my main site “finance services” will have 80 subpages as per below
local mortgage broker
mortgage experts
mortgage advisers
the mortgage broker
etc


Then link into each sub-page another main site offering bridging loans to every one of the 80 sub pages

then link 3/4 other local sites for areas example below

(I have 60 of these sites built already for local areas near me)

Mortgage broker Sidcup
Mortgage Broker Bexley
Etc

Then once complete starting building in pension sites and other financial products ?

Your plan seems solid, and 3/4 DA40+ guest posts per month can clearly help boost your hub.
The most important thing will be to keep everything consistent and avoid overoptimization on the anchors.
Curious to see how you plan to integrate the pension sites next!
