/?p=16 is how your pages are saved in the database. Because you have pretty permalinks activated, they get rewritten to something like /dartmouth-steam-railway. This is normal behavior.

How are you doing your site audit? Who or what is telling you that this is a problem?

Site Audit from 'SEO Power Suite'.

This is what it said:

Have you checked all of these pages to see if they resolve to real URLs? Also, in WordPress, most problems with permalinks can be resolved by going to Settings > Permalinks and simply saving the settings one more time. This flushes your .htaccess file and might solve your issue.

I have checked all the above pages and they do go to the main URLs on my site.

I have just re-saved them again.

This is the Permalinks setting I use:

Search for "site:yourdomain.com" and see if Google has indexed the correct domains or not. Plus, check your Google Search Console if there is a problem. If not, maybe it's a false alarm by the audit program. If Google doesn't have a problem, neither should you.

I have done the search as you suggested on Google and everything looks fine. Maybe it is a problem with the audit I used.

Thanks for your help.
