Google: How can a URL be both "Crawled - currently not indexed" and "Submitted and Indexed" at the same time?

On my sitemap I have 1.22K "Crawled - current not indexed", so I choose the first URL example and select "Inspect URL".

Google tells me the "URL is on Google" and coverage is "Submitted and indexed". I repeated this for the first 5 examples and all were the same.

Each of them has a last crawl date of "20th Jun" (12 days ago).

I don't understand how these URLs are both "not indexed" and "indexed" at the same time?

Ok so anyone looking for an answer to this, the answer is basically patience. I just assumed if a URL on your site is included in the Google index it would be flagged as such in the GSC, but I guess this is some form of update process which can take weeks.
