Planning to get adsense for my website. I just wonder if there is any money to be made with it?

Looks like you can only make money if you get millions of clicks but some comments online are very much pro adsense. I hear that i can even help SEO?

Yes, You can make hell lot of money with Adsense. All you need to get good amount of traffic to your blog from countries like US and UK. And go with high CPC keywords and write quality content.
