Searching an SEO Partner

Apologies if this is in the incorrect place, however I am the owner of one of the largest private event companies in Asia and I am seeking a partnership with an SEO expert who has a proven track record and would be interested in joining forces for a relaunch.

Maybe search or advertise on Fiverr, there are a lot of so called expert SEO people on there.
