There is still lots of talk about locations of servers/webhosts when SEO is concerned, is there really a location based bias ? Or is it more a response time/speed of the website thing in a gio location ?
I assume if its a speed/gio location thing then premium DNS or nicely spread Nameservers would be just as good as having a server based in a specific country ? Could anyone confirm if that is the case ?
