I actually do not know any and only google for some, if I am bored. I also find some on various forums, such as this one, and than just type in my domain. I am keen on using PingBomb though.

I don't know of any free backlink sites either, I thought a big Panda came and gobbled all of those up, or was it cousin Penguin. Who knows.
