Why does Google say this page is noindex, when it isn't (xenforo)

My classifieds forum at https://cafesaxophone.com/forums/classifieds/

is not indexed in Google. Google Search Console says

URL is not on Google: Indexing errors

However the forum is definitely NOT noindexed (in the XenForo forum settings ) and a browser page source inspection confirms this.

So why would Google suggest otherwise?
