What do you do when staff start arguing?

If it was staff, I would usually fire them, and that would be that. Members would get warning/ban

Well, I was thinking more about large arguments, but yeah

Staff - I message both parties with a lengthy PM asking to take it elsewhere and talk it out. If it continues, a removal from staff can be arranged.
Members - There reminded the first time, second time it's a warning, then a temporary ban.

It really depends about what they are arguing and how bad the entire situation is. As long as they are not cursing and the moderator is trying to figure out a solution, I will not warn anyone.

If the staff starts to argue i just see what i can do to stop the fight usually it ends up taking up with one side and proving to one of them that he's/she's wrong or right.

It depend on discussion how big it will be, i am little curios to warn any staff member.
i don't want to lose them.
