On my Facebook ‘Notifications’ page I very often get messages like this……..

Joe Blogs and 18 other people reacted to your photo. Help them see future postings by inviting them to like your page.

When I click on the message I see the small page starting to appear but then it disappears before I get the chance to look at it.

Why is it doing that?

Why is it doing that?

Does it show this notification after you run a paid "likes campaign" OR does it show this notification w/o any paid campaign?

It shows it without any paid campaign.
