How often do you think the Admin should be online at his/her forum? How about the staff?

That's a good way to state it. I do have to agree, since admins are the "engine" of the forum, they should be on the most. Staff...eh they should be on a lot too, but not as much

Yeah you need at least 1 staff member on at all times in case something happens.
